Our research aims to create credible, salient and legitimate interdisciplinary knowledge required for sustainable developmental pathways. We work in the fields of climate and land-use change, natural resources and the environment, geohazards and disasters, society and migration, global health and nutrition, and gender and equality. Our 15 research fellows have published more than 350 research publications primarily in  high impact journals  receiving 5000+ citations over the last ten years. Our research fellows’ scientific studies have been featured in several national and international media outlets such as the Journal Nature, the New York Times, Scientific American, and National Geographic.
