Nishan Sah has a profound interest and knowledge in Data Science and Public Policy. He earned his B. Tech from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, and completed a Professional Certificate course in Data Science. Previously, he served as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Resecurity, a California-based cybersecurity company.

Nishan is not only dedicated to his professional endeavors but has also contributed significantly to social change. His passion for debating led him to institutionalize debating as a major academic sport in Nepal through Debate Network Nepal, where he currently serves as an executive director. In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Nishan possesses excellent programming skills in C, C++, Python, and proficiency in various software such as ArcGIS, AUTOCAD, SAP, and MySQL. Engaged in various interdisciplinary projects at GIIS, he plays a crucial role as a data analyst and enthusiast, recognizing the critical role of data in these projects.
