Sanjita Khanal is a dedicated and passionate researcher with a robust academic background and research experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the Central Department of Environmental Science, Tribhuvan University specializing in freshwater ecosystems.
Throughout her academic journey, Sanjita worked as a research intern at the Nepal Environmental Research Institute, where she conducted field surveys and prepared research reports. Additionally, she served as a Research Fellow at the Forest Research and Training Center (FRTC) in Birendranagar Surkhet. In this role, she focused on studying the impact of climate and land-use change on spring discharge in the Karnali River Basin, Nepal.
Sanjita's research interests encompass water quality assessment, water resource management, and the application of geographical information systems (GIS) in mapping and monitoring springs. Beyond her academic and research achievements, Sanjita is an avid reader and traveler, demonstrating a keen interest in adventure.
