Suraj is a highly skilled Geospatial Analyst with a robust academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Science and Systems form University of Salzburg. Prior to joining GIIS, he gained significant experience as a GIS Analyst, contributing his expertise to a range of projects focused on natural resource management and biodiversity conservation.
Demonstrating a keen interest in utilizing advanced technologies in geospatial science, Suraj specializes in analyzing large datasets, particularly satellite imagery and geospatial data. He is proficient in utilizing tools such as Google Earth Engine and Python to extract valuable insights. Suraj's skill set encompasses geospatial data analysis, remote sensing, and photogrammetry. Additionally, he excels in scientific research, data visualization, and cartography.
As a Geospatial Analyst, Suraj is driven by his curiosity about the application of geospatial technology to acquire knowledge about earth’s environment. He is eager to apply his skills and expertise to contribute to innovative solutions in the field of geospatial sciences.
