Tulasa Chaudhary is an emerging researcher specializing in the fields of invasion ecology, and different aspects of plant-environment interaction. She holds a master’s degree in botany from the Central Department of Botany, Tribhuvan University. Tulasa possesses substantial hands-onexperience in ecological research with both fieldwork and laboratory work, coupled with adeptskills in data management and analysis. She has worked as an intern at the National BotanicGarden, where she focused on the ecological aspects of seed germination and seed banking.Additionally, Tulasa has served as a researcher on a national priority project funded byTribhuvan University, titled "Threat Analysis and Management Options for Invasions in ProtectedAreas of Nepal". Over the course of her academic and professional journey, she has cultivated aprofound interest in biological invasions, particularly in the realm of management strategies. Sheis particularly intrigued by the interplay between land abandonment and biological invasion, andfire ecology, and aims to contribute significantly to this emerging field of study. Her current roleinvolves conducting research on the ecological and social aspects of rangeland management.
